- Conceptual Development Group: Our Conceptual Development Group takes your non-tangible idea or concept, to Tangible item. Starting with raw, initial ideas or concepts, we help to develop initial conditions, limiting parameters, goals, objectives, designs, sketches, outline specifications, initial target audience/customer base, etc. to your product/service, so as to enable you to move forward in an informed and prepared manner, into the Design Development phase.
- Tangibles Development Group: Our Tangibles Development Group works with your initially developed design concepts or ideas, drafts, sketches, models, prototypes or similar tangible item(s), and helps to guide your subsequent progress through the design development process towards the final product/service. We will help enhance your designs and specifications, establish a ground basis for whether or not to pursue such registrations or protections such as Copyrights, Patent protection, or Trademark, etc.; consider model or prototype development; consider market testing and marketing approach, etc. This Groups helps enable properly prepared escalation into our Market Testing Group for that phase of services.
- Market Testing Group: Now that your work has been further explored in detail and developed into tangible products of some sort (design documents, models, prototype, etc.), the actual market and target audience needs to be explored, as well as the formula for bringing your work to market. In-Depth studies and hard data collection of cost estimates to bring your work to market; competition; marketability; sales potential; sales and profitability projections; and more, warrant not only attention, but also actual testing, to ensure a successful business model. Typically this is where an Owner will be empowered with enough data to enable an informed decision to be made on whether to invest and move forward, or to divest and formulate an exit strategy. This is where our Market Testing Group will be of service.
- Product Launch Group: Our Product Launch Group helps Owners further develop the research, planning and operational launch details regarding bringing your work to market. The approach to sales means and mechanisms, final manufacturing, packaging, distribution, licensing possibilities, payment and/or fulfillment operations, and more, will be explored in detail, and then…Launched!

- Copyright, Patent and Trademark Group: Our Copyright, Patent and Trademark Group, is for those whose work does fall into the category or requiring such protections. To ensure that you have protected your rights to your work/idea, our staff will assist and guide you in process and requirements to register/record/submit your works, to ensure your rights are protected against being stolen or misused by others.
- Highlighted Product/Service-Of-The-Month Group: The core of our business at Ax-Sharp Creations, L.L.C., is to help consult with, guide and assist Owners, inventors and the like, to develop their design concepts into tangible, marketable and/or licensable final works. Our focus is not to sell products or to be a reseller. However, For such aforementioned works, those which also serve our companies goals of focusing on products and services that “Enhance or Simplify Qualify of Life while Promoting a Healthy Planet”, we will help to highlight and promote such items on a Monthly basis through an internal process in which our staff determines which submitted items warrant highlighted attention based on the referenced criteria and other parameters. This Group is limited to reviewing, ranking, promoting and fostering sale of the month’s highlighted work and is broken into sub-groups of: New Orders/Sales, Order Status, Billing, and Customer Service.
